A holiday tradition: Christmas Vocabulary in Spanish

So, now that you know how to say Merry Christmas in Spanish, you can keep on learning more Spanish vocabulary. However, it’s not the same celebration here in Latin America than in the States or Europe, especially because of the weather. Because it’s hot in here. It’s funny, though, because we eat some very hot food even in summer!
Have you ever heard about cumbia? Or reggaetón? Some asado, maybe? In Latin America we gather with family or friends, or all of them together and after midnight, young people go to parties where they often listen to cumbia o reggaetón. Our dinner table is different in every family, but most of us tend to mix: something extremely hot (asado, yummy!) and cold salads. Since it’s summer in the South, we celebrate with ice cream and a lot of sweets, my favourite one is pan dulce. Some people love those with fruit, me not that much (with chocolate chips it’s better, trust me!).
And, how about some vocabulary in Spanish? Wanna learn more about our traditions? So, look, all your questions will be answered in the next paragraph where we’ll talk some more about vocabulary in Spanish. Then, grab your candy cane and follow me!
