S1E2 – E02 – Non Binary Language in Spanish (English version)

Episode Notes

Hello everybody! In this episode, we are going to talk about inclusive language (or non-sexist / non-binary language). Spanish is a language that classifies words into two genders: feminine and masculine. Okay, we can accept that with objects. But what about people? What happens when someone does not identify as male or female? What happens when we generalize and say “todos” in a group where there are people of different sexes and genders? All this and much more, in this episode.

Wanderlust was my second home during my 5 months living in Buenos Aires. I got to know Argentina through this amazing school and experiences while studying with my professor, Vicky.
